Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Linkrra All in ("the Service", "we") collects, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. We built the Service to read your business data and answer questions about it — nothing more.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and the company name you enter at signup.
• Connector credentials — the API keys or tokens you provide to connect tools (Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google, etc.). We ask only for read-only scopes.
• Business data — orders, ad spend, inventory and customer counts we read from your connected tools to compute your metrics.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service for you: compute your metrics, power the AI copilot's answers about your own data, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to train third-party AI models.

3. Security

• Connector credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they touch the database and are decrypted only in memory when reading your data.
• Every tenant's data is isolated at the database with row-level security — one account can never read another's rows.
• Read access requires a signed session token; the connection to the Service is over HTTPS.
• We ask you to create read-only API keys, which you can revoke at your provider at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the Service (cloud database, hosting, and the AI model provider that generates copilot answers). These process data on our behalf under their own security terms. We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep your data only while your account is active. You can disconnect any connector at any time, and you can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us — we will delete it within 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR & similar)

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
